Conor had his first Halloween. We took him trick-or-treating with our friends, Krista and Matt and their two girls Avery and Vivian (Alice in Wonderland and Minnie Mouse), and some of their other friends on Friday night. The kids all had a great time! Matt and Krista live in such a fun neighborhood! At one point there had to have been over 50 people out trick-or-treating at the same house! We veered away from the large group into a smaller group of 20.
The girls were too cute! As I was getting Conor dressed into his bear costume, Vivian (Minnie Mouse) asked if she could "pet him." I told her that she could, but at that particular moment Conor wasn't the happiest baby on the block! Vivian asked if he was Grumpy Bear for Halloween!! The name caught on with the other girls after that. I thought that was too adorable. Avery loved to hold Conor as you can see from the photos. She was really good with him too. I was amazed at how comfortable I was allowing this little kindergartener to hold him. At the end of the night Avery gave Conor a kiss and called him her "baby boyfriend." Conor was definately the ladies man!
He looked soo adorable in his costume! Luckily he was in a better modd once we got him dressed.
Conor slept through the entire time trick-or-treating. I am sure that he will enjoy it more next year!
